
LUXXE NAILS® Policies
Welcome to LUXXE NAILS. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and maintain the quality experience our clients expect, we kindly ask that you read and agree to the following policies before booking your appointment.

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment must be made via online banking within 1 hour of booking to secure your appointment.

Please ensure your payment reference includes your name or booking number.

If payment is not received within 1 hour, your booking will either be transferred to another available date or cancelled.

You will be contacted in such cases to complete payment or reschedule.
2. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
-
No cancellations and no refunds are permitted once payment has been made.

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to a £10 rescheduling fee.

If you wish to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, you will need to book a new appointment and make full payment again. The previous payment will not be refunded.

No-shows (failure to attend your appointment) will result in the loss of your full payment.
3. Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrivals reduce the time available to complete your service and may delay other clients.

Late fees will apply at our discretion to compensate for extended service time or overtime required.
4. Guests & Conduct
-
No plus ones are permitted inside the salon unless explicitly approved by management.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban from all LUXXE NAILS locations.
5. Health & Safety
-
Clients presenting with fungal infections may incur an additional charge of up to £40, depending on the condition.

Our technicians will not work on infected nails, but may service unaffected nails where safe to do so.

We reserve the right to retain your payment if we are unable to perform the full service due to a fungal infection or other medical concerns.

If you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform us prior to your appointment or before ordering any food or drinks. LUXXE NAILS will not be held liable for allergic reactions or related issues.
6. Personal Belongings

Please keep all personal items secure. LUXXE NAILS is not responsible for any belongings left behind or misplaced on the premises.
7. Payments, Discounts & Tips

Tips are non-refundable.

Only one discount, offer, or deal may be applied per booking.

Any complimentary services or gestures provided are not contractual and should not be interpreted as a new agreement or entitlement.
8. Liability

LUXXE NAILS accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions, injuries, or conditions arising from services performed, provided our standard professional procedures were followed.
9. Agreement
By booking an appointment with LUXXE NAILS, you agree to all terms outlined above. These policies are in place to protect both our clients and our staff, and to ensure that every experience at LUXXE NAILS remains refined, professional, and seamless.
10. Damages

Clients are financially responsible for any damage they cause to salon property, furniture, equipment, fixtures, or décor.

You will receive an itemised invoice for repair or replacement costs.

If the invoice is not paid within the stated period, LUXXE NAILS reserves the right to pursue recovery through the Small Claims Court or other lawful means. We may also seek to recover reasonable costs associated with the recovery process where permitted by law.
11. Defamation & Conduct

LUXXE NAILS maintains a zero-tolerance policy for defamatory or false statements made against our brand or staff. Any false, harmful, or misleading statements shared publicly that damage our reputation may result in legal action.
